Salt er en smagsforstærker hovedsageligt bestående af natriumklorid. Hos Nøddebutikken har vi utallige former for salt, heraf forskellige saltblandinger, saltkorn, røget salt og meget mere. Salt er en nødvendig del af ethvert køkken, og er et krydderi, som er svært at undvære. Man skal dog passe på med at spise for store mængder salt. Fødevarestyrelsen anbefaler, at kvinder max må indtage 6 gram salt om dagen, og mænd max må indtage 7 gram salt om dagen.
Opskrifter med salt
